Jai Ho!

I thought long and hard about what I wanted to do, I was clear that I wanted to exercise but did not appreciate the walking/jogging. It's too cold to swim currently and going to the gym didn't sound like fun either. So, I did some net research and found a basic Pilates video. It's about 20 minutes, says 'beginners' but is quite punishing. Given that it's not very long, I've done it already for 4 days this week and fully plan to continue (5-6 days a week) and in 4 days, I feel slightly more toned.

It's a little more intense than yoga, but takes less preparation than walking/jogging. Not sure about how much energy I'm expending, but it's certainly more than not doing anything, so I'm quite up-beat currently.
